Influence Of Psychosocial Factors On Mental Health: Theresults Of Questioning Persons, Suffered Inzone Ofantiterrorist Operation In Ukraine, Internally Displaced Persons And Employees Involved In Providing Assistance

Journal of Health SciencesThis article presents results of the survey, conducted among 197 professionals (113 psychologists, 68 social workers and 29 volunteers) which are involved in providing assistance to internally displaced persons, affected in zone ATO, who directly were in a combat zone. Also, the results of the analysis of the survey 279 internally displaced persons are displayed in this article.According to the survey the characteristics of such specialists, their current psychological state and level of stress are specified, topical issues and training needs of this population are formulated. The results of the analysis of internally displaced persons regarding the conditions in which they are located at the new place of residence are showed.The necessity to create programs of providing psychological first aid to internally displaced persons and people in the combat zone are identified.
