Analysis Of Survey Volunteers For The Provision Of Psychological First Aid To Internally Displaced Persons And The Public, Which Is In A Conflict Zone

The article presents the results of analysis of the survey volunteers, conducted as part of a training seminar on the theme «Providing psychological first aid to internally displaced persons and the general public, which is / was in a zone of armed conflict». According to the study, the characteristic features of the volunteers, their psychological state and level of stress, topical issues and training needs of the population were formulated. Identified the need to establish guidelines to assist volunteers in providing psychological first aid to internally displaced persons and the general public, which is / was in a conflict zone.
